Nigeria is located in West Africa, on the Gulf of Guinea. Sustainable agriculture employs near 70 percent of the workforce in the country. If you’re wondering, sustainable agriculture is farming in ways that meet our needs, while not jeopardizing the future of our environment in the process. There are speeches, initiatives, and many other things coming from people looking to expand sustainable agriculture in the future.

If every country began to shift to sustainable agriculture, it would be one huge step in the direction of making our environment cleaner and healthier for our future. Governments should push sustainable agriculture more, instead of allowing for industrial farming to take place and contribute to the detrimental factors of our environment in the present day.
