Alternative Resources


Fossil Fuels have been around since the late 1800s. The Unites States has already used up about eighty percent of it's Fossil Fuels In the past one hundred years. Studies show that the world will run out of oil in 2030 and other Fossil Fuels in 2050. Because of  all these Fossil Fuels that we are going though and burning up, we will eventually run out of them. There are many Alternative fuels and resources that we have that we can use instead of using all of these non renewable resources. There is already many alternative resources that we can use instead of Fossil Fuels. One alternative resource that we can use instead of coil for energy is Solar Power. What Solar power is, it's energy given by the sun, The sun hits the solar panels and though the day the panels charge so at night you can pretty much get that energy for free. There is a lot of companies that are awear of everything happing with global warming. Because of that some companies have converted to Alternative Resources like using turbines for power and also using solar panels. Alternative resources can benefit everyone because they are good for us and the environment, there is this gas called Hydrogen Gases unlike other gasses that are bad for the environment this gas is not, Hydrogen is a completely clean burning fuel. Once produced, hydrogen gas cells emit only water vapor and warm air when in use. We have to learn how to adapt without Fossil fuels because one day we won't have them.

    Before reading your blog, I didn't really know what fossil fuels were. I had only heard of them on TV or in a science book. It is crazy how much we use them and we do need to learn to live without them for sure.

    After reading your blog I gained knowledge about how we are eventually going to lose fossil fuels by a certain time because so many fuels are being burned up. I did know before reading your blog that there were other resources that could be used for fuel.

    That’s crazy that we will be out of fossil fuels by 2050. To think we have burnt through that much of our fossil fuels in 100 years is crazy. We most definitely need to switch over to natural resources such as the sun and wind. We could even use the water to generate energy. It’s counterproductive to continue this caveman way of life.

    It sounds very crazy, but it is true, and this is going to happen soon. We have been using these non renewable resources a lot, and exploiting their use. We hope there is a solution to all of this.

    I am shocked by how many people don't realize that we will one day run out of fossil fuels. It's crazy to me that people live a life without ever even thinking the thought of how much fuels they use on a daily basis. I hope that by the time we run out of fossil fuels we will have perfected renewable energy, that way the transition can be smooth and everyone can live on with their lives.
