Ways to prevent water pollution
While we talk about ways that water pollution is hurting our environment quickly, their are ways we can help stop this from spreading even more. The small things from us people is the reason this is getting out of hand like a wild fire. Six things that we can do to help out water pollution is one, picking up trash. Most trash is left on beaches but trash can be anywhere in a community and make its way to water streams leading to oceans or lakes. Another thing that we can do is when you wash your car at home, try to let the water run into the grass. By doing this, you wont put soapy water down drains. If water from you washing your car goes down the drain, it can pollute local waterways. Another big thing not to do is pouring motor oil down the drain. Rather than doing this, take it to the auto part store, they will take care of it. One more way is don’t clean up spill but hosing it in the drain, you can’t do that it will just help pollution online sources says kitten litter can help then throw it away.
Nolan, I like the approach you took on this blog. Most blogs have been just about environmental issues, stating them but not going into depth on what we can do to prevent or stop these things from happening. I like how you state that water pollution is hurting our environment, but then state different ways we can prevent it from worsening.
ReplyDeleteThe tittle of this post already caught my attention from the beginning, as this is a way to avoid too many issues in earth, leading and contribuiting to big things, such as decreasing the way global warming is affecting.
